1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Copylabs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Copylabs provides AI-powered content generation services using a multi-agent pipeline. Our Service helps users create SEO-optimised articles, blog posts, and other written content.

3. Website Analysis Feature

Copylabs offers a site analysis feature that fetches publicly accessible web pages you submit in order to generate tailored content topic suggestions.

By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Copylabs will make automated HTTP requests to the URLs you provide to retrieve publicly available page content
  • We respect robots.txt directives and will not fetch pages where the site owner has disallowed automated access by our crawler
  • Fetched page content is processed in memory only — it is not stored, cached, or retained after analysis is complete
  • Page content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating topic suggestions in that session
  • You should only submit URLs for websites you own or have authorisation to analyse
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the analysis feature complies with the terms of service of any website you submit
  • Copylabs is not responsible for any content found on third-party websites
  • Topic suggestions generated from site analysis are AI-generated and subject to the same disclaimers as all generated content (see Section 4)

Our crawler identifies itself as Copylabs/1.0 and includes a link to our website. Site owners can block our crawler via their robots.txt file at any time.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important Notice

All content produced by Copylabs is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy through our fact-checking agent, AI may produce errors, outdated information, or hallucinated facts. You must review and verify all content before publication.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all generated content before use
  • Copylabs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content
  • You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice

5. No Guarantee of Results

Copylabs does not guarantee any specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, conversion rates, or other business outcomes from using our Service. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.

Past performance of content created using our Service does not guarantee future results. SEO is a long-term strategy that depends on many factors outside our control.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Review and edit all AI-generated content before publication
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not generate content that is defamatory, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content generated using our Service. Copylabs does not claim any intellectual property rights over content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating content for you.

8. Payment Terms

  • Pay-as-you-go: Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire. Each article generation consumes one credit.
  • Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually. Credits are granted at the start of each billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer refunds for technical failures where content was not delivered. Refunds are not provided for content quality concerns, as you can preview and edit before finalising.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our systems. We will provide notice where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Copylabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • We are not liable for any content you publish based on AI-generated output

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copylabs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
